Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Certification
Successful candidates obtain the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
The 60 minute exam is multiple choice with a pass mark of 26 correct answers from 40 (65%).
This certificate is a prerequisite to all further ITIL qualifications and also counts as 2 credits towards the ITIL Expert qualification.
