Who Should Attend
The foundation level is recommended for anyone looking for a complete overview of ITIL and the foundation certificate is a prerequisite for higher level ITIL qualifications.
Intermediate levels provide the practical skills and knowledge to apply ITIL in order to improve the management of IT services and the ITIL expert qualification certifies the highest level of knowledge across all areas of ITIL.
Qualification Program
The ITIL qualification program comprises of three levels: foundation, intermediate and expert. Passing the foundation certificate is a requirement for moving onto one of two intermediate streams.
The Service Lifecycle stream contains five modules, providing a complete and detailed view of using ITIL from strategy to execution. It is aimed at managers/team leaders who have a relatively broad focus and are managing multiple areas of IT.
For IT professionals who hold day-to-day responsibilities in more focused areas of IT management (such as Change Manager) the four modules of the Service Capability provide a more detailed understanding of specific ITIL processes.
The final course ‘Managing Across the Lifecycle’ brings everything together and awards candidates the highest level of certification: ITIL V3 Expert.
