How to prepare for the exam and where to book.

Exam preparation
End of section quizzes, over 600 official practice questions and full mock exam simulators fully prepare you for the exam.
Voucher
The course comes with a voucher for the exam as standard (although you can order the course without it, if you prefer). Once you’re ready, you can book the exam at your convenience at any test centre.
Pass mark
Successful candidates obtain the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. The 60 minute exam is multiple choice with a pass mark of 26 correct answers from 40 (65%).
This certificate is a prerequisite to all further ITIL qualifications and also counts as 2 credits towards the ITIL Expert qualification.
