January 2011 ITIL exams numbers and pass rates released
18,000 candidates sat ITIL exams in January 2011 of which 14, 731 was the foundation exam. The foundation certificate had a pass rate of 87%, where intermediate exams showed averages of 53% through to 84%.
ITIL V3 intermediate courses now available in new languages
Several ITIL V3 intermediate courses have now been translated into additional languages. This includes Japanese, German, Brazilian Portuguese, French and European Spanish.
ITIL Master certificate enters pilot phase
APM Group has announced that development of the ITIL Master level qualification has now reached the second (or beta) pilot phase.
